FACTS
(Fund Administrators Comprehensive
Tracking System) is a complete system of benefits administration
software that features ongoing computer support and maintenance
from Allen Bates Associates. Designed exclusively for the Taft-Hartley
arena, FACTS can
capture, warehouse, track and utilize pertinent benefits data
to make your job a whole lot easier.
With
a simple "click, drag, or keystroke", FACTS
helps you to determine benefits eligibility,
pay claims based on your health and welfare plan parameters, process
monthly pension checks, track and disburse contributions for annuity
and other savings plans. There are 10 user-definable contribution
accounts, plus 99 sub-accounts, to accommodate even the most complex
of fund structures. Within each of the plans below, for example,
youll have the flexibility to track numerous funds and variables:

powerhouse of the FACTS
system is the member/employer master file.
This database stores current and historical information on members,
retirees, employers, dependents, and beneficiaries. Its easy
to update and make inquiries, additions or deletions. (Also included
is a local union master file for reciprocity processing.) The master
files work in concert with your customized FACTS
benefits modules to perform a host of administrative tasks:
