Membership Management/Per Capita Reporting is a Web based product used by Local Unions to manage their members information such as addresses, referrals, dues, and fees. This system also provides the capability to securely exchange data with approved organizations such as the trade's International Union (IO) headquarters. Local Union can select to transfer appropriate information monthly to the IO with the click of a button. Data validation is performed to flag errors with duplicate records, duplicate identification numbers.

This system is also built on current Web technology standards such as HTML, JAVA, JavaScript, and CSS to meet industry standards for application security and reliability. The platform includes the leading relational database product on the market for database servers, Oracle RDBMS, as the backend database solution.
